    摘要:以多花黑麦草牧瑤为实验材料,采用营养液培养,设置镉浓度50mM,GSH浓度200mM,共有对照组(基本培养液),Cd,Cd+GSH,以及GSH四个处理,比较了不同处理下多花黑麦草生物量、镉含量和过氧化氢含量等生理指标,探究GSH缓解多花黑麦草应对镉毒害的作用。处理三天以及751天后过氧化氢含量, Cd +GSH处理组相比于Cd处理组显著降低,相比对照组无显著差异;在组织化学染色实验中,经过NBT,DAB以及Evans Blue 染色的多花黑麦草根部,Cd处理组根系的着色程度高于其他处理。外源施加GSH后,植株地上部分生物量,根系生物量相比镉胁迫显著增加;地上部分镉含量显著降低,外源添加GSH的多花黑麦草叶片与根的耐镉系数升高,外源施加GSH的镉处理组叶绿素各组分含量较镉胁迫显著升高,单独施加GSH处理组叶绿素各组分含量与对照组相比无显著差异。实验表明GSH通过诱导镉在多花黑麦草根系中的富集,降低镉的转运,清除体内积累的H2O2,同时增加叶绿素的含量,提高多花黑麦生物量,从而缓解了镉对多花黑麦草的毒害作用。25781

    Preliminary Study on exogenous GSH on alleviating the toxicity of cadmium in ryegrass Student majoring in National Life Science and Technique Talent-Training Base
    Abstract:The ryegrass was used as experimental material. The contents of cadmium concentration 50mM, GSH concentration 200mM. Control group (basic culture medium), Cd, Cd + GSH, and GSH were used to study the effects of different treatments. And the physiological indexes such as biomass, cadmium content, hydrogen peroxide content of ryegrass and the effect of GSH on the cadmium toxicity was studied. The Cd + GSH treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference. In the histochemical staining experiments, the color of the roots of the Cd treatment group stained with NBT, DAB and Evans Blue was higher than other treatments. After exogenous GSH, the aboveground biomass and root biomass of the plant increased significantly compared with Cd treatment group. After exogenous GSH ,The content of cadmium in the aboveground parts was significantly decreased, and the cadmium tolerance of leaves and roots of ryegrass increased; The content of chlorophyll in the cadmium group treated with GSH was significantly higher than that of cadmium stress. In the content of chlorophyll, there was no significant difference between the GSH treated group and control group. The results showed that GSH could reduce the accumulation of H2O2 in the body, increase the chlorophyll content and increase the biomass of ryegrass, in order to reduce the poisonous effect of Cd on the ryegrass.
