摘要:真姬菇Hypsizygus marmoreus (Peck) H.E.Bigelow又名玉蕈、斑玉蕈,属担子菌亚门、层菌纲、伞菌目、白蘑科、玉蕈属。真姬菇外形美观,质地脆嫩,道鲜美,具有海蟹,在日本称之为“蟹菇”、“海鲜菇”。本实验以培养皿中菌落直径为测量指标,采用平皿培养培养蟹菇与白玉菇,研究了两种碳源两种氮源和两种无机盐对于真姬菇菌丝生长的影响,结果表明,蟹菇最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母,无机盐为磷酸二氢钾,白玉菇最适碳源为蔗糖,氮源为酵母,无机盐为磷酸二氢钾,根据单因素试验结果优化得出最适合两种真姬菇生长的培养基32415

The influence of different media on the growth of white mushroom and crab flavor mushroom
Abstract:Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck) H.E.Bigelow belongs to Basidiomycotina, Hymenomycetes, Agaricales,Tricholomataceae, Genus of Hypsizygus marmoreus. It has beautiful appearance, tender and crisp quality, delicious taste and has special seafood smell. It is called crab flavor mushroom or seafood mushroom in japan. In this experiment, we studied what effect that the two kinds of carbon source, two kinds of nitrogen source and two kinds of inorganic salts have on the growth of the mycelium of Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck) H.E.Bigelow by measuring the diameter of Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck) H.E.Bigelow’s mycelium which are cultured on plate. And the result show that the best carbon source for crab flavor mushroom is glucose while sucrose is better for white mushroom. But they all grow better in yeast culture medium and KH2PO4 culture medium. According to the result of the single factor experiment, I optimiz the most sultable medium for the growth of these two kinds of Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck) H.E.Bigelows
