摘要:秦川牛是我国黄牛中最优秀的黄牛品种之一,我国秦川牛具有很多优秀的性状,如早熟、大理石纹明显和肉质鲜嫩等。但是,仍还有很多不足。在肉用牛饲养中,肌肉的质量和生长速度是衡量家禽生产性能的最重要指标,研究影响秦川牛肌肉生长的因素极为重要。本实验,为了探究了miRn-17基因在秦川牛不同生长时期,不同组织中的表达量差异情况,我们分别采集了胎牛,犊牛和成牛不同器官和不同肌肉作为试样,通过实验和实时荧光PCR定量并经过一系列数据处理,我们得知miRn-17在胎牛肌肉组织中的表达相对于在同期在脾、肺中的表达差异为极显著,与在肝、肾、背肌中的表达差异不显著。而在犊牛中,miRn-17在肌肉中的表达相对于肾脏、脾脏中的表达差异为极显著,与心脏、肝脏、脂肪中表达差异不显著,在肺中的表达差异显著。成年牛中,miRn-17在肌肉中表达明显突出,相对与别的组织中的表达来说差异极为显著。在不同时期秦川牛的肌肉中,miRn-17的表达量检测结果发现,在胎牛时期肌肉miRn-17表达量最高,犊牛和成牛中表达量较少且两时期表达相差不大。总体上看miRn-17在不同时期不同组织中的表达是具有较好的时间和空间表达差异性。37898
