摘要数学教育实习是高师院校数学师范生实践性课程的中心环节,是数学师范生获得专业性发展的关键一步。近年来,随着我国教师教育改革持续推进和数学教师培养方案的不断探索,各大高师院校越来越重视数学教育实习的价值与重大意义,但数学教育实习现状不容乐观,还存在着目标模糊、内容不够丰富、形式单一、态度不端正的情况,数学师范生实习过后所获得的数学教学能力依旧无法满足中小学校的教学需要。因此本文基于江苏师范大学数学师范专业教育实习现状并结合相关调查研究,分析现实教育实习所存在的问题,针对现状问题提出了从导师选择、实践课程调整、“严格”与“人性化”的管理、加强学生软性技能考察和拓宽数学教育实习途径等方面的策略来加强数学教育实习环节,提高数学教育实习效率,促进准数学教师的专业发展。41065

The Status of Mathematical Education Internship in Normal Universities with Its Improving Countermeasures
Abstract
Mathematical teaching practice is a central part of practical courses for students in normal university. It is also a key step in the development of their mathematical professional. In recent years, with the continuous progress of teacher education reform in our country and unceasing exploration of mathematics teacher training scheme,the normal colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the value and significance of mathematics education practice.However,mathematical internship status is not optimistic .Its objects is fuzzy,the content is not rich,the form is simple and the attitude is not good.Actually their teaching ability obtained during mathematical internship is still unable to meet the needs of the teaching of primary and secondary schools.This essay is based on mathematical teaching internship status of students in Jiangsu Normal University and combining the related research,then analyze the existing problems in education practice and put forward strategies,such as carefully choosing teachers,adjusting the practice of curriculum,maintaining strict and humanized managements,strengthening students’ soft skills and broadening the way of mathematics education practice to enhance mathematics education internship,improve the efficiency of it and promote mathematics teacher’s professional development.
