摘要标枪是投掷项目中最轻的器械,投出的远度主要由器械出手的初速度、出手的角度和空气阻力三个因素决定的。就技术特点而言,器材出手的初速度是运动成绩的主要因素。而器械出手的初速度主要取决于投、拨指力量的大小和整体动作的连贯速度。在诸多因素中,速度力量起主导作用,具备较好的速度力量素质才能够获得最大出手初速度。所以,速度力量是远度的关键。正确认识力量训练的性质和意义是科学训练的前提。在具体训练中,采用正确的力量训练方法和手段,发展各肌肉群所需要的力量,保证科学训练的进行具有重要的意义。本文以标枪力量训练方法为研究对象,共分为四章。第一章概述了标枪运动的特点与力量素质,第二章阐明了标枪运动员力量训练应该遵循的原则,第三章分析了标枪运动元力量训练的方法,第四章总结了力量训练的主要手段,希望能对我国标枪运动的发展添砖加瓦。44120
Abstract
Javelin is the lightest of throwing project equipment, cast far degrees are all made of the instrument to initial speed, shot Angle and three factors determine the air drag. In terms of technical characteristics, equipment to the initial velocity is the main factor of performance. And instruments to initial speed depends on the size of the cast, rolling force and the overall movement speed. In a number of factors, the speed force plays a leading role, has the power quality to obtain maximum velocity. So, speed, strength is the key to the far degrees. Correct understanding of the nature of the strength training and meaning is the premise of scientific training. In specific training, using the correct strength training methods and means, the development of muscles need power, guarantee the scientific training is of great importance. Based on the javelin strength training method as the research object, which is pided into four chapters. The movement characteristics of the first chapter summarizes the javelin and power quality, the second chapter illustrates the javelin athlete strength training should follow the principle, the third chapter analyzes the javelin movement yuan strength training method, the fourth chapter summarizes the major means of strength training, hope to contributing to the development of javelin sports in our country.
