一. 前言
在生活中,减肥已成为一大流行趋势。据国家国民体质监测中心统计,目前我国肥胖人口比例以高达33.6%,并且每年都在逐步上升。现在人们肥胖问题如此严重,归根结底是由于人们生活水平日益提高,人们对美食的需求也越来越旺盛,平日里蛋白质.脂肪.碳水化合物的摄入量大幅度的增加。并且由于科技的发展,导致脑力劳动者大幅度的增加,而体力劳动者又大量的被机械所替代。人们的业余娱乐生活也从足球.篮球等户外运动,转变为网络游戏.喝酒.KTV等娱乐项目,所以才出现了这种肥胖人群增加的现象。肥胖人口的分布十分广泛,青少年.中年.老年都占有一定的比例,但其中最为严重的还是青少年人群。由于对健康和美的追求,减肥的人群日益增加,所以各种各样的减肥手段也层出不穷,比如药物减肥法.饥饿减肥法.针灸减肥法等,但是世界上所公认的最健康有效的减肥方法,还是有氧运动加上适当的节食。本文就通过有氧训练的理论指导,加上自身的一个月的实践,找出一套健康,有效的有氧运动将肥方法,以供参考。
