摘要:本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法，通过对学院武术专选学生习练支子手情况进行调查得出结论。在学院深入了解支子手的学生很少；经过练习支子手之后的学生都受到了积极的影响；武术专选的学生在习练的次数和时间上大多数还是能够保证；支子手辅助习练器材少，传承开发不够。针对这些现状提出了相应的建议，如增加习练时间点；推选出专门负责人，增加辅导人员；定期召开研讨会；定期与社会上的支子手传承者进行交流；增加辅助器材，提高练习效果。以期为支子手在学院进一步发展提供参考。48814

学院武术专选学生习练支子手情况调查引言
支子手主要流传于河南周口，它的每一盘手都有一个核心手法。在套路练习时主要采用两人对练的形式进行练习，需要双方互相配合着一攻一守，动作要紧而不僵、快而不乱、其形不散，呼吸要求深、细、匀，并且配有专门的辅助练习器材和动作，通过这一系列的训练来让习练者的身体素质和支子手技术得到进一步提高。支子手作为武术文化精髓，如何使其更快更好的继承和发展，对于我们来说是一项新的挑战，而高校作为传承文化的主要阵地，则担负着这一重任，那么如何将具有民族传统文化的支子手对练运用到高校体育课堂中来对于我们来说具有深远的价值与意义。本研究通过对支子手在学院武术专选学生习练的开展现状，进行深入探究，对研究结果进行分析，从中找出不足，并提出切实可行的建议和实施有效措施，使得支子手在学院发扬光大。
