    摘要:ZPW-2000A轨道电路是由优化的传输系统参数和较完备的轨道电路传输安全性技术构成,是中国铁路信号系统中的重要组成设备,目前广泛应用于各大客运铁路线中,其工作性能直接决定着铁路运输的安全和稳定,故障时的文修分析工作是提高设备可靠性和可用性的重要手段。24745
    本文从ZPW-2000A轨道电路的组成出发,对其运用基于潜在失效模式和后果分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)的方法进行故障后的文修分析,对设备采用系统FMEA和设备FMEA相结合的故障模式影响分析。
    首先,了解当前国内外FMEA和ZPW-2000A轨道电路的发展现状和发展趋势,理解FMEA的含义和功能,明确FMEA任务,展现FMEA带来的各种效益,掌握FMEA的实施程序和核心使用方法,为对ZPW-2000A轨道电路设备的研究提供理论依据。
    其次,对ZPW-2000A轨道电路的结构进行剖析,理解每个子系统的功能和相互关系,从而建立系统的可靠性框图和功能框图,对设备进行系统FMEA和设备FMEA的分析,明确设备的每个子系统可能发生的故障模式及故障严重程度。通过对其风险优先级RPN值的计算为每个故障的严重程度给出文修措施建议和初步的故障文修分析。
    最后,总结论文的研究成果,找寻研究中不足,给出展望。

    Analysis of ZPW-2000A track circuit equipment maintenance based FMEA
    Abstract: ZPW-2000A track circuit is made by the optimized transmission system parameters and more comprehensive security technology track circuit transmission structure, it is a major device in Chinese railway signal system. Now, it is widely used major passenger rail lines. Its performance directly determines the security and the stability of railway transportation, when device is in failure, maintenance analysis is an important means to improve equipment reliability and availability.
    In this paper, it is to start from the track circuit composed ZPW-2000A departure , base on its use of Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA) methods for maintenance analysis after the failure of equipment, and using the system FMEA and FMEA equipment combining failure modes and effects analysis for the device.
    First, we should konw the current situation and the development trend of failure modes and effects analysis and ZPW-2000A track circuit in domestic and foreign, understand the meaning and the function of failure modes and effects analysis, definite failure modes and effects analysis mission and show the various benefits brought from failure modes and effects analysis,master implementation procedures and core use of failure modes and effects analysis.In summary, this provides e a theoretical basis to research ZPW-2000A track circuit equipment.
    Secondly, it analyzes the structure of ZPW-2000A track circuit, understands the function of each subsystem and relationships, so that we can establish the reliability block diagram and function block diagram of the system, use equipment FMEA and system FMEA to analyze the device. we may occur each sub-clear device failure Mode and severity of system failures, by calculating the value of its risk priority, it gives RPN severity of each fault repair proposed measures and preliminary analysis of fault repair.
    Finally, the paper summarizes the research results, finds insufficient research, gives prospects.
