    摘要光拍频自1955年发现以来,尤其是1960年激光出现以来,因为其自身众多的优越性,得到了迅速的发展,在科学研究以及工业技术的发展上发挥着重要作用,被众多领域都在广泛地应用,包括用于生成微波、THz波等不同波段的信号,用于测试领域的相干检测,用于激光传感器中的拍频解调技术等等。拍频的优点和潜力吸引着越来越多的研究人员对其进行开发性研究,它在各个领域的应用也越来越广泛。系统地总结拍频的基本理论和应用技术,探究影响拍频信号的参量,明确研究的方向,对拍频的发展起到关键的作用。

    本文系统地总结了拍频的基本理论和应用技术,探究了影响拍频信号的参量,探究了微环谐振腔中微环尺寸和折射率对拍频的影响。63777

    第一章首先介绍了拍频研究的背景以及研究的意义,总结了国内外对于拍频的研究成果,然后系统地总结了光拍频技术在几个不同领域的应用,并着重介绍了每个领域中常见的几种应用的实现框图和工作原理。

    第二章概述了拍频原理,首先介绍的是拍频检测中经常用的光电探测器的工作原理——光电转换定律。再对拍频原理进行了公式推导,通过假设两个源信号的电场强度,求出拍频信号的功率谱表达式,为第三章用公式进行拍频信号的仿真打下理论基础。

        第三章采用matlab对光脉冲所产生的拍频信号进行波形仿真验证。首先用两个不同的高斯脉冲信号源进行拍频仿真,通过观察不同参量设置下拍频信号波形的特点,探究这几种参量对拍频信号的影响。然后根据微环谐振腔在不同微环尺寸和腔介质折射率情况下输出的脉冲信号数据进行拍频信号的仿真,观察得到的拍频信号的波形,探究微环尺寸和折射率对拍频信号的影响。

        第四章总结了本文研究内容及结果,并对拍频技术应用前景和研究重点进行了展望。

    Title     The Research Of Beat Frequency Technology's    Principles And Applications                 

    Abstract Optical beat frequency since found in 1955, especially since the laser appears in 1960, because of its many advantages, has been the rapid development. It plays an important role on the development of scientific research and industrial technology. Optical beat frequency is widely used in many field. It is used to generate different band of the signal, such as microwave, THz wave and so on. It also used for coherent detection in testing field and beat frequency demodulation technology of the laser sensor and so on.The advantages and potential of the beat frequency attracted a growing number of researchers to do the developmental research on it. Beat frequency is becoming more and more widely applied in various fields. Systematically summarizing the basic theory and application technology of beat frequency, exploring the parameters which will affect the beat frequency signal, clearing the direction of research, play a key role for the development of the beat frequency.

    This article systematically summarizes the basic theory and application of the beat frequency technology, and explores the parameters which have the  influence of beat frequency signal. It also explores the influence of ring size and refractive in micro ring resonator index to the beat frequency signal.

    The first chapter introduces the research background and research significance of the beat frequency firstly. It also summarizes the research results of beat frequency both at home and abroad. Then, it systematically summarizes the application of optical beat frequency technology in several different areas, and emphatically introduces the implementation of the block diagram and working principle of several common application in every field.
