摘要大功率LED灯的温度特性是决定其能否可靠运行的关键之一,本文针对某型LED灯芯产品的温度特性评价需要,探讨相关的测试技术与方法。
我们采用微小热电偶接触测量法构建LED灯芯温度分布测试系统,其中,测温探头为0.25mm线径的铜-康铜构成的T型热电偶;冷端补偿应用AD592温度传感器;采用AD538实时模拟计算模块构成非线性信号放大单元,在要求的温度测量范围内非线性拟合热电偶分度表,使系统输出(电压)信号与被测温度成恒定比例关系。文中仔细探讨了微小热电偶探头的制作(焊接)方法,信号调理电路(包括冷端补偿和非线性放大)的设计、制作与调试,还进行了测温系统的标定、某型LED灯芯温度测试实验等工作。5452

Title Research on the temperature characteristics of High-power LED Light-Core
Abstract
The temperature characteristics of high power LED light is one of the key to determine their ability to reliable operation.For characteristics of a certain type of LED Light-Core evaluation needs,topics explore the related test technology and methods.
The test system of LED wick temperature distribution built by a tiny thermocouple contact measurement construct.T-type Thermocouple probe is produced by 0.25mm diameter copper and constantan.Cold junction compensation applications AD592 temperature sensor.Subject uses AD538 real-time simulation module to constitute a non-linear signal amplification unit.Nonlinear fitting of the thermocouple tables was performed within the required temperature measuring range.Make the system output signal and the measured temperature as a constant ratio between.Article carefully explored the production methods of small thermocouple probe/the design of signal conditioning circuit/production and debugging.Also the article carried out the calibration of the temperature measurement system, a certain type of LED wick temperature testing laboratories and other work.
