    摘要:粉尘在输运或通风除尘过程中,由于粉尘颗粒之间或颗粒与管壁之间的碰撞、摩擦,导致管道内静电荷量积聚,激发静电放电,从而引起粉尘燃烧或爆炸的事故的发生。本论文粉尘选取医药行业和粮食加工业中比较具有代表性的医药粉尘和面粉,管材选取与常用输运、除尘管道相同材料的镀锌铁管和PVC管,通过实验平台进行粉尘的静电敏感特性的实验研究。实验主要通过包括粉尘与管材摩擦的漏电电流测试和静电放电火花对粉尘云点燃敏感性测试两部分;通过搭建粉尘与管材摩擦的平台测试不同粉尘、不同管材、不同管径、不同管长和不同倾斜角对静电漏电电流的影响,得出摩擦过程中静电荷积聚量的大小;采用静电放电火花对粉尘云点燃敏感性测试装置,得出测试粉尘的被点燃的敏感性。最后,结合测试结果和相关研究资料,对粉尘输运、除尘工艺防静电现有管理状态展开评价,针对普遍存在的静电隐患和尚未改进的缺陷,提出改进方案与对策。31521

    Experimental study of the dust ignition electrostatic and discharge
    Abstract:In the process of dust in transport or ventilation and dust removal ,because of the dust particles or between particles and the wall collision and friction mutual,resulting in the  charge buildup in pipeline, stimulate electrostatic discharge, causing a fire or dust explosion  accident. The thesis about dust selecting is one of representative dust in the pharmaceutical industry is veterinary powder and the other one type dust also representative dust in food processing industry is flour .pipe material selection and commonly used transport and dust removal pipe galvanized iron pipe and PVC pipe of the same material ,through the experiment platform for the experimental research of dust electrostatic sensitive characteristics. Experiments mainly include dust and leakage current test and pipe friction cause electrostatic discharge spark sensitivity to dust clouds test two parts;Through establish the platform of dust and pipe friction testing different dust, pipes, pipe diameter, length and Angle of the influence of the static leakage current, it is concluded that the size of the electrostatic charge accumulation amount in the process of friction; Using electrostatic spark discharge of dust cloud light sensitivity test device, it is concluded that the sensitivity of the test dust was lit. Finally, combining with the test results and relevant research materials, the transport of dust and dust removal technology of antistatic existing evaluation management state, in view of the widespread electrostatic hidden trouble and has not been improved defect, put forward improvement schemes and countermeasures.
