    摘要热影响区在激光处理材料的过程中有相当的分析价值。尤其在复合材料热固化成型后,会发现热损伤的现象,如基质衰退、基质分解和分层等,从而导致了装配不良、长期性能劣化。本文主要研究了当激光能量作用于复合材料时,受到增强纤文的各向异性排列导热作用下,其热影响区的特殊扩散情况。本文的研究可以更深入的应用在,通过减少工件产生的温度来提高切割(加工)质量,从而使得激光在低温下加工成为可能。本文的研究主要利用COMSOL进行仿真,分别就垂直和平行于纤文轴的纤文增强复合材料进行热扫描。基于移动点热源理论的分析,来确定热损伤程度与工艺参数和材料性能的关联性。利用COMSOL4.4版本,划出网格后进行统一计算处理,仿真点热源在移动过程中产生的实际影响。33648

    Title  Numerical simulation of thermal response of laser scanning   fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites
    Abstract
    The heat affected zone has considerable analytical value in the process of laser material processing.In particular, after the thermal curing of the composite material, it can find the phenomenon of heat damage, such as matrix degradation, matrix decomposition and delamination, resulting in the poor assembly and long-term degradation of the properties.. In this paper, the special diffusion of the enhanced fiber is obtained when the laser energy is affected by the anisotropic arrangement of the reinforcing fiber.The research of this paper can be applied to improve the cutting (machining) quality by reducing the temperature of the workpiece, so that the laser can be processed at low temperature.In this paper, the simulation of COMSOL is carried out, and the thermal scan of the fiber reinforced composite is carried on the vertical and parallel fiber axis.. Based on the analysis of moving point heat source theory, the relationship between thermal damage degree and process parameters and material properties is determined.Using the COMSOL4.4 version, after the grid is calculated, the simulation points of the heat source of the actual impact of the process of the movement of the heat source.
