    摘要优质环保的白光LED用荧光粉的研发,是照明产业发展的关键。基于硼酸盐荧光粉优良的发光性能,本文通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料及其发光性能,采用X射线、扫描电镜和荧光光谱等测试方法研究了不同稀土离子掺杂后荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性能。采用溶胶-凝胶法加入E矿十合成了Sr2.94B206: 0.06E矿十黄色荧光粉。该荧光粉的激发波长覆盖了300-SOOnm的范围,在450nm的蓝光激发下,发射出峰值位于576nm的黄光。深入研究了制备工艺对Sr2.94B206: 0.06E矿十的光谱性能影响,实验得到的最佳锻烧条件为11000C,保温6小时。研究了Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料的发光性能,当E了十浓度为0.06mo1时产生典型的浓度碎灭现象,计算分析确定Eu2+碎灭的作用机制是偶极子一偶极子。48600

    通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料及其发光性能。Sr2.94_XCaXB206: 0.06E矿十体系中,随着Cat+浓度的增加,晶体场强度减小,Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料中出现蓝移;Sr2.94XBaXB206: 0. 06Eu2+晶体中,随着Bat十浓度的增加,晶体场强度增大,Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料谱出现红移现象。通过改变晶体场环境,实现了Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料的光色可调。通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Ce3+离子/Eu2+离子共掺的 Sr2CaMoO6-Dy: Eu2+Ce3+荧光粉。通过不断调节 Ce3+/Eu2+的掺杂浓度比例,在 351nm 激发下,最终实现Sr2CaMoO6-Dy: Ce3+,  Eu2+样品的白光发射过程,并深入分析晶体内部的 Ce3+→Eu2+能量传递原因。研究发现在 Sr2CaMoO6-Dy: Eu2+中,Ce3+和 Dy3+的掺杂使得 Sr2CaMoO6-Dy: Eu2+的发光明显增强,发光强度分别增加了 56%和70%。

    通过溶胶-凝胶法制备加入 Eu2+制备了 Li Sr0.96BO3: 0.04Eu2+黄色荧光粉。其激发波长覆盖了300-SOOnm范围,在380nm的光激发下,输出峰值位于570nm的单峰发射。研究了Sr2CaMoO6-Dy白光LED材料的发光性能,当E矿十浓度为0.04mo1时产生浓度碎灭,且随着Eu2+的加入浓度增加,发射光谱会产生明显的红移现象。实验发现共掺 Dy3+、Mn2+后,Li Sr BO3: Eu2+的发光强度分别增加了 51%、70%。
