摘要随着我国的社会发展和国家总体经济水平的提升,各种工商业银行以及各类私营银行的发展，使我国运钞车行业得到了迅猛的发展。然而很大一部分押运车缺乏整体功能，不能满足押运员的心理和生理特征。押运车辨识不明确，行业规范与产品标示符号缺乏标准化。本次毕业设计为了设计出满足当今社会环境和当前制造工艺的的车身造型，从现有车身造型、押运车制造技术、押运员心理素质和生理素质为切入点，采用造型比对的方法，研究了押运车现状分析、研究本次课题的意义、押运车调研分析及问题提取、押运车功能及押运流程分析、押运车设计定位、设计方案构思、方案可行性评估、最终方案呈现，得到了造型简洁、功能丰富、结构合理的押运车造型方案。总结了对于特种车辆这一特殊车辆的交通工具产品设计的思文与方法，探索了用户实际需求和押运车产品之间的关系，得到安全、舒适、高效、易用的押运车。25335

Title Special Vehicle Design ——Escort car design
Abstract
With China's social development and enhance the whole country's economic level enhance, a variety of commercial and industrial development of all types of banks , so that our banknote industry has a rapid development. However, a large part of escort vehicles lack the overall function, they can not meet the psychological and physiological characteristics of guards. Escort vehicle identification is not clear, industry standards and product labeling symbols lack standardization. The graduation project designed to meet the current social environment and the current manufacturing process of the body shape, through escort car manufacturing technology, guards psychological and physical qualities as a starting point, it use modeling methods comparison to study the escort car situation analysis and study the significance of this issue, escort vehicle research and analysis and problem extraction function and escort vehicle flow analysis, escort car design orientation, design plan, program feasibility assessment, the final plan is presented to give a shape simple, feature-rich, well-structured escort vehicle modeling program. It summarizes the thinking and methods of special vehicles for this particular vehicle transportation product design and explores the relationship between the actual needs of users and escort vehicle, it obtains a safe, comfortable, efficient, easily use escort vehicle.

1 引言
1.1 课题研究背景
在二十世纪九十年代，押运车市场已经形成一定规模。当时的主导车型是轻型厢车和小型乘用车。随着市场的进一步发展成熟，运钞方式的变化使得运钞车市场更为成熟,而且由于进入运钞车市场的竞争者越来越多，竞争形势也越来越激烈。
