摘要:催化不对称合成已成为有机合成和金属有机合成的前沿领域,其中不对称反应是合成的关键。我们知道,催化剂是一种产生不对称的感应和控制手性配体的来源,我们应该如何设计催化剂高选择性催化性能强的是在不对称催化合成中的关键。含氮配体拥有来源易得、性质稳定等许多优点,而且还能够与过渡金属形成比较好的配合物,从而进一步高效的催化反应,因此在如此多的手性配体中,含氮配体是一类非常重要的手性配体。其中手性双噁唑啉的制备主要是由手性氨基醇的酰胺化、卤化、碱性关环而来。噁唑啉是同时含有氮和氧两种原子的五元杂环化合物,由于氮原子能够与金属原子形成很稳定的配合物,因此噁唑啉比较容易与过渡金属离子络合,由此形成的催化剂具有良好的手性环境。噁唑啉衍生物是一类五元含氮杂环化合物,目前,已合成的手性噁唑啉配体的结构类型繁多。这篇论文主要是阐述了合成的几种噁唑啉类配体,包括单噁唑啉配体和双噁唑啉配体,并将该类配体主要运用于了催化不对称反应,比如Diels-Alder反应和环丙烷化反应等的研究中,并最终对这类配体进行了表征。35931

Synthesis and characterization of new type NCN ligands
Abstract: Catalytic asymmetric synthesis has become the frontier of the organic and organometallic synthesis. The key of the synthesis is that asymmetric reaction. In the asymmetric catalytic synthesis, the key is that how to design the high selectivity and catalytic synthesis of high performance catalyst, and the chiral ligands can lead to asymmetric induction and control of catalyst. Among numbers of chiral ligands, the nitrogen-containing ligand is an important one, with many advantages such as readily available and stability etc. They can be well formed as complexes with the transition metal to efficiently catalyze the reaction. The preparation of chiral Bisoxazoline comes mainly from the chiral amino alcohols amidation, halogenated alkaline ring. Bisoxazoline can easily complex with transition metal ions, forming a catalyst having good chiral environment. Oxazoline is a sort of five-membered heterocyclic compound containing N and O, and that the N atomic can also form stable complexes with the metal atoms. Oxazoline derivatives are a class of five-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, for the moment, there are a variety of structure of the synthesized chiral oxazoline ligands. In this thesis , several new chiral oxazoline ligands were synthesized , which is mainly used in catalytic asymmetric reaction of the study,( such as the Diels-Alder reaction, cyclopropanation reaction, henery reaction) , and were characterized by such ligands .
