    摘要:本文研究14种药食两用中药的醇和水提取物对兔体外全血的凝血、体外成型血栓溶解量及同质量成型血栓溶解率的影响,并且测定提取物清除自由基作用,综合评价同时具有抗血凝作用和溶血栓作用的中药。结果表明:与生理盐水(0.9%)和阳性对照抗凝剂肝素钠相比,玫瑰、人参、红枣、陈皮、灵芝、葛根、生姜和石斛,此八种中药的醇提物及水提物、薏仁的醇提物和山药的水提物具有抗凝作用及溶栓作用。玫瑰、灵芝、人参、红枣、陈皮的醇提物抗凝效果比水提物好;石斛的醇提物和水提物抗凝效果相似;生姜醇提物在较高浓度下,抗凝效果比水提物好;葛根醇提物在较低浓度下,抗凝效果比水提物好。陈皮水提物的溶栓效果比醇提物好;玫瑰、人参、红枣、灵芝、葛根、石斛和薏仁醇提物溶栓效果比水提物好;生姜醇提物与水提物溶栓效果相似。玫瑰、灵芝、生姜、葛根、人参和石斛醇提物的抗凝效果与生药浓度呈正相关关系,红枣、陈皮和薏仁醇提物相反;玫瑰醇提物溶栓效果与生药浓度呈负相关关系,其余八种中药醇提物物溶栓效果与生药浓度呈正相关关系;玫瑰、人参、红枣、陈皮、灵芝、葛根、生姜和石斛的血栓溶解率均与生药浓度呈正相关关系。陈皮和山药的水提物的抗凝效果与生药浓度呈负相关关系,其余七种中药的水提物的抗凝效果与生药浓度呈正相关关系;玫瑰等九种中药水提物溶栓效果均与生药浓度呈正相关关系。玫瑰醇提物及水提物的清除DPPH自由基作用分别为,与抗凝及溶栓作用有一定关系。 本课题通过体外建模研究几种植物提取物对血液物理性质的影响,具有一定的意义。从众多药食两用中药中选择了对血栓预防及治疗有效果的,以及在日常生活中较易得到,且食用量的限制较宽的药材,对大众日常药膳中以及食品加工均具有借鉴作用。43693

    The Effect of Several Herbal Plants Extract on the Physical Properties of the Blood

    Abstract: To study the effect of 14 kinds chinese herbal plants on anticoagulation and   thrombolysis to in-vitro rabbit whole blood and dissolution rate of thrombus  in same mass. To determine the DPPH free radical scavenging activity of these plants. Then mak-e comprehensive evaluation in thrombus formation of herbal   plants which have both   anticoagulation and thrombolysis. Compared with negative control (saline(0.9%))and    positive control(heparin sodium), it turned out that alcholic extract of Semen Coicis , a-queous extract of Dioscorea opposite, both water and alcohol extract of eight herbal pla-nts,which are  Rosa rugosa, Panax ginseng C. A. Mey., Ziziphuszizyphus, pericarpium  citri reticulatea, (Ganoderma Lucidum(Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst., Lobed Kudzuvine Root, Zingiber officinale Roscoe,and Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo,have the effect of   anticoagulation and thrombolysis.The alcohol extract of five herbal plants,which are Rosa rugosa, Ganoderma Lucidum(Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst.,Panax ginseng C. A. Mey., Ziziphusz-izyphus,and pericarpium citri reticulatea,have better anticoagulation than aqueous extract;The alcohol extract of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo has similar anti-coagulation to aqueous extract; The alcohol extract of Zingiber officinale Roscoe has better anticoagulation than aqueous extract in relatively high concentration; The alcohol extract of Lobed  Kudzuvine Root has better anticoagulation than aqueous extract in relatively low concentration.The aqueous extract of pericarpium citri reticulatea has better thrombolysis tha the alcohol extract,The alcohol of seven herbal plants, which are Rosa rugosa, Pa-nax ginseng C. A. Mey., Ziziphuszizyphus, Ganoderma Lucidum(Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst.,  Lobed Kudzuvine Root, Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo and Semen Coicis,have better thrombolysis than aqueous extract;The alcohol extract of Zingiberofficinale Roscoehas similar thrombolysis to the alcohol one.The effect of anticoagulation of alcohol extr-act of six herbal plants ,which are Rosa rugosa, Ganoderma Lucidum(Leyss. ex Fr.) Ka-rst., Zingiber officinale Roscoe, Lobed Kudzuvine Root, Panaxginseng C. A. Mey.and  Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo,have positive correlation with crude herbal dose. The alcohol extracts of Ziziphuszizyphus, pericarpium citri reticulatea and Semen Coicis have opposite relation with crude herbal dose;The thrombolytic effect of alcohol extra-ct of Rosa rugosa has negative correlate-ion with crude herbal dose,the other eight her- bal alcohol extract have opposite relation with crude herbal dose;The thrombus dissoluti-on  rate of eight herbal plants(Rosa rugosa, Panax ginseng C. A. Mey., Ziziphuszizyphus, pericarpium citri reticulatea, Ganoderma Lucidum(Leyss. ex  Fr.) Karst., Lobed Kudzu-vine Root, Zingiber officinale Roscoe, Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo) have op-posite relation with crude herbal dose.The anticoagulation effect of pericarpium citri reti-culatea and Dioscorea opposite  aque-ous extract has negative correlation with crude her-bal dose,other herbal  plants aqueous extract have opposite relation;The effect of all h-erbal plants aqueous extract have opposite relation with crude herbal dose.Both alcohol and aqueous extract of Rosa rugosa have DPPH free radical scavenging activity (93.13%、92.14%),which has certain relation with anticoagulation and thrombolysis.This topic  has great guiding significance in Several Herbal Plants Extract  on the Physical Properties  of the Blood via .We choose several herbals which has effect in treatment and preventio-n of deep vein thrombosis . We can get them convenient,and consume them comparative-ly freely.This will be benefit in daily herbal cuisine and food processing.
