摘要:以单片机为基础,设计空气交换器的控制软件,本设计ATmega128单片机为核心,还有TGS系列空气质量检测传感器、温湿度检测传感SHT11、蜂鸣器和液晶显示器等模块组成。首先,用SHT11对环境的温度和湿度检测,将数字温湿度信号通过二线串行接口送至微处理器,相对湿度的非线性补偿和温度补偿利用微控制器完成,最后相对湿度的非线性补偿和温度补偿用微控制器完成,并且液晶显示器显示实际温度和相对湿度值,从而实现对环境温度的测控。TGS系列空气质量检测装置经模数转换最终通过单片机控制得到测量结果。相比传统风机控制系统,其能控制风量大小,能测量温室度而且通过液晶显示结果,并且添加了报警电路。实现方法是根据空气交换器的工作原理,采用单片机控制,用C语言编制软件程序,最终用DXP软件实现对电路图的仿真,完善相关功能。在实际应用中,该系统的实现,能最大满足人们对室内空气质量和舒适度的高要求,提高人们对生活质量的保障,并做到最大有效程度的利用好风机。 29756

The new wind turbine control system based on ATM series microcontroller design
Abstract:The design is about the control software of fan which is based on the single-chip microcomputer ATmega128. We choose the microcontroller chip ATmega128 as the core and is composed of temperature & humidity sensor called SHT11,the series of TGS about air quality sensor, buzzer and the LCD monitor.SHT11 firstly measures the environmental temperature and relative humidity. Then ,through two-line serial interface the digital signal is transmitted to the microcomputer .At last ,the controller realizes the non-linearity and temperature composition of the relative humidity,and transmitted real temperature and relative humidity values to LCD.The air quality sensor measuring system via the Analog to digital converter and then through the microcontroller system get the value which can be shown in the LCD monitor. Compared with the traditional fan ,it can control the forth of the wind,it can measure the temperature & humidity and show the value in the LCD monitor, In addition ,there is a alarming circuit. According to the working principle of the fun,we adopt to the single-chip microcomputer to control the system ,the program which is coded in C. At last, the circuit diagram will be realized via the software of DXP. In a practical application, the implementation of the system can satisfy the requirements to the indoor air quality and comfortable degree in room of the people, improve the quality of people's life, at the same time, we should take the efficiency of the fun extremely.
