摘要: 如今,人们对钢铁的需求量逐渐提升,钢铁的产量也随之增加,为此,钢铁企业需要降低能耗以确保环境无污染以及企业的利益。这就使得节能生产与余热回收技术成为钢铁企业降低能耗的必然选择。而在对于已经轧制成型的高温轧钢卷的余热回收技术上,各企业依旧没有对策。此次研究正是针对热轧钢卷的显热制作一套完整的余热回收装置。将700℃的钢卷释放的热量进行回收,这部分热量在水冷壁中传递,将水冷壁中的水蒸发成蒸汽,通过收集蒸汽,并将蒸汽的热能转化成其他能量,重新再利用,从而到达节能的目的。在此次设计中,通过调研与文献查询,初步设计出了完整的热轧钢卷显热回收装置。并自行设计模拟实验,对装置进行进一步的认证与改良。从而确立了装置的可行性与实用性。30825

The experimental research of hot rolled steel coil heat recycling
Abstract: Nowadays, with the rising demand for steel, iron and steel the production also increase, therefore, the iron and steel enterprises need to reduce energy consumption in order to ensure environmental and the interests of the enterprise. This makes the technology of the energy production and waste heat recovery becomes the inevitable choice to reduce energy consumption. However, in the part of waste heat recovery technology of steel rolling in high temperature, enterprises still have no idea. This study is aimed at the sensible heat of the hot rolled steel coil and a complete set of waste heat recovery unit. The heat released by 700 ℃ coil recycled, delivered in the water wall, water evaporated into water vapor from the wall, by collecting the water vapor to transform the heat from the water vapor into other kind of energy, reused to get the aim of energy conservation. In this design, according to doing research and literature query, preliminary designed a complete hot rolled steel coils of sensible heat recovery unit. After designing the simulation experiment, the unit is qualified and modified. So the feasibility and practicability of the device is established.
