    摘要节能减排有益于环境保护,我们国家一直都以其为努力的方向。在经济快速发展的现在,我国的印刷业一直都在进步,但是伴随着经济快速发展而来的是能源消耗的剧增,不仅浪费能源,同时对当地的供电局产生较大的影响,之所以造成这种结果,是因为在印刷机中的热系统中,没有热回收系统,造成了能源的浪费,而显热板式热交换器就可以很好的解决这个问题。66222

    板式显热交换器具有结构简单,配件少,易清洗,零件可以批量生产,而且费用低,在相应的低费用领域中,板式显热交换器的热回收效率一般都是领先的,初期的投资带来的是长久的利益收获。该热交换器在进行热交换的时候两种流体不混合,避免了从烘箱出来的含有有害物质的气体和新鲜空气的混合,可以更好的对纸张进行烘干。

    本文分析的是在流量和进口温度给定的情况下,如何设计一个显热交换器,并且分析在进口温度不同的情况下,该换热器的换热效率和加入换热器之后的节能效率,分析指出,在流量不变的情况下,进口温度越低,对换热器的换热效率越有利,并且对全年的温度进行了一个对比,使得我们更加直观的认识到显热换热器的好处。

    在印刷机烘干系统的加热器和进口风机之间加换热器除了初期投资稍高一点之外,其余基本上没有缺点。对节能有很大的好处,非常值得印刷厂房的使用。

    Title  Analysis of thermal systems and energy-saving of printer

    Abstract

    Energy conservation and emission reduction has been the goal of our nation. Today, with the rapid economic development, China's printing industry has been in progress. But it also brings about a dramatic increase in energy consumption, which is not only a waste of energy but also have a great impact on the local power supply bureau. The reason is that there is no heat recovery system in heating system of the press, which results in a waste of energy. However, sensible heat plate heat exchanger can be a good solution to this problem.

    Plate sensible heat exchanger has a simple structure, few parts, and is easy to clean. The parts can be mass produced and has low cost. In the corresponding low-cost areas, the plate sensible heat exchanger generally has leading heat recovery efficiency. The initial investment brings lasting benefits. Two fluids do not mix when the heat exchanger does heat exchange, which avoid the mixture of fresh air and gas with harmful substances from the oven. And it can dry the sheet better.

    This paper analyzes how to design a sensible heat exchanger in the case of given flow rate and inlet temperature, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger and the energy efficiency after adding the heat exchanger in the case of different inlet temperature. The analysis points out that in the case of constant flow rate, lower inlet temperature is better for the efficiency of heat exchangers. Besides, the analysis contrasts the temperature of the whole year, giving us more intuitive understanding of the advantages of sensible heat exchangers.

    There is basically no drawbacks to add heat exchangers between the heaters of the press drying system and inlet fans except that the initial investment is little higher. It has great benefit for energy conservation, and is well worth being used by printers.
