摘要底排一火箭复合增程技术是近40多年以来发展起来的一种炮弹增程技术,主要结构包括底部排气装置和固体火箭发动机装置,而底部排气装置则是底排一火箭复合增程炮弹的主要部件之一,其主要原理是利用底排装置内底排药剂燃烧所产生的燃气来填补弹底负压区空间提高弹底压力减少底阻,从而提高射程。在高速旋转条件下,底排药剂的燃烧时间、所产生的尾部气流压力都不一样。因此,为了测试得到这些数据,在参考了一些现有试验台的基础上,本文设计了一种新的底排高速旋转试验台。其主要内容包括:试验台整体结构的设计,台架、主轴箱的设计,电机、轴承以及压力传感器的选择。能够实现对不同转速下底排药剂燃烧时间的测试和对燃烧时尾部气流所产生压力的测量。43296

Title Test-bed with high-speed rotating of base bleed unit
Abstract
The hybrid base-bleed-rocket extended-range technology is a extended-range shell technology which has developed in the past 40 years.Main structures include base bleed unit and solid propellant rocket motor,the base bleed unit is one of the main components of the hybrid base-bleed-rocket extended-range shell,The main theory is to use the bottom exhaust device to discharge the gas generated by the burning of the gas to fill the space of the bottom negative pressure area to increase the bottom resistance of the elastic bottom pressure, thereby improving the range.Under the condition of high speed rotation, the burning time of the bottom agentia and the pressure generated is different.Therefore, in order to test these data, based on the reference of some existing test-bed, this paper designs a new type of test-bed with high-speed rotating of base bleed unit.The main contents include: the design of the overall structure of the test bed,the rack, the main spindle box design,the choice of motor, bearings and pressure sensors.It can test the burning time of the base bleed propellant at different speed and measure the pressure generated by the tail gas flow during combustion.
