摘要:在信息时代的今天,空调系统作为智能楼宇的重要组成部分,而新风机组作为空调系统的一部分,如何实现新风机组的自动化控制显得尤为重要,新风机组的自动化控制可有效改善中央空调系统运行品质,提高室内空气品质,节省运行能耗,提高管理水平。
本设计使用stm32单片机为处理器,挂载TGS2611甲烷检测传感器、DHT11温湿度检测传感器,对环境的温度和湿度检测,将数字温湿度信号通过二线串行接口送至微处理器,相对湿度的非线性补偿和温度补偿利用微控制器完成,最后相对湿度的非线性补偿和温度补偿用微控制器完成,TGS系列空气质量检测装置经模数转换最终通过单片机控制得到测量结果,从而实现对环境的温湿度数据、空气质量数据的采集,根据这些环境数据实现对空调新风机的智能控制,并且液晶显示器显示采集到的数据。43680

Design of single chip microcomputer control system of air conditioning fresh air unit
Abstract:In the information age today, air conditioning system as an important part of the intelligent building, and fresh air unit as part of the air conditioning system, how to achieve automatic control of the fresh air handling unit is particularly important, the fresh air handling unit automation control can effectively improve the running quality of central air conditioning system, improve indoor air quality, saving energy, improve management level.
This design uses STM32 microcontroller as the processor, mount TGS2611 methane sensor, DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, temperature and humidity detection on the environment, the digital temperature and humidity signal sent to the microprocessor through a 2-wire serial interface, nonlinear compensation and temperature compensation of the relative humidity of the micro controller, nonlinear compensation and temperature compensation and relative humidity with a micro controller, TGS series of air quality detection device by the analog-to-digital converter through MCU control measurement, so as to realize the environmental temperature and humidity data, air quality data collection, according to the implementation of intelligent air conditioning machine to control these environmental data, and display the collected data.
