    摘要大麦是酿造啤酒的主要原料,制作麦芽又是酿造啤酒过程中至关重要的一步,科学先进的制麦工艺是酿造出高质量啤酒的基本保障。目前制麦技术的发展趋势是由粗放化小型化转向精细化规模化,工艺规划也日渐成为提高麦芽质量产量的关键所在。同时随着我国轻工业的不断发展,啤酒酿造行业中所用的各型设备也越发繁多,因此,如何根据各种复杂迥异的实际情况快速准确地选择出最合适高效的设备型号也成了一个亟需解决的问题。本次设计旨在制作出一个能解决上述两大问题的软件。50801

    本论文首先介绍了麦芽制备的基本工艺,发展历程以及现阶段所存在的一些问题,然后通过计算以及对粗选、精选、浸麦、发芽、除根、干燥、储存等具体工艺的分析规划出合适的工艺流程及输送方式,并通过各工艺工作参数来确定设备选型的技术依据,接着用visual basic语言编写出软件程序,同时建立并连接SQL数据库,最终得到兼具工艺规划与设备选型两大功能的软件。该软件能根据啤酒厂家的具体要求实现上述功能,提高制麦工作的效率。

    Abstract Barley is the main material for brewing beer, brewing beer making malt is a crucial step in the process, scientific and advanced brewing malting process is the basic guarantee of high-quality beer. Currently malting technology development trend of miniaturization shift from extensive fine scale, process planning is becoming improve the quality of malt production is the key. The same time as the continuous development of China's light industry, brewing industry, used in various types of equipment is also more numerous, therefore, how different according to the actual situation in various complex quickly and accurately select the most suitable and efficient device model has become an urgent need solve the problem. The design aims to create a can solve these two major problems of the software.

    This paper first describes the basic process of malt preparation, development process as well as some of the problems that exist at the present stage, and then by calculating as well as roughing, selection, steeping, germination, dig up the roots, drying, storage, etc. The analysis and planning of specific process appropriate process and transportation methods, and work through the process parameters to determine the technical basis for the selection of equipment, followed by visualbasic language of software programs simultaneously create and connect to a SQL database, and ultimately get both process planning and equipment selection two major functions of the software. The software can be based on the specific requirements of the beer manufacturers to achieve the above functions, improve the efficiency of malting work.
