摘要配电网规划是其所在的供电网区域社会发展和国民经济重要的组成部分,同时也是电力系统进行建设扩展极其重要的前期任务。随着配电网系统负荷的日益增长,对于供电质量以及可靠性要求的逐步提高,合理的进行配电网络规划能够获得巨大的经济效益和社会效益。65004
配电网规划是一个涵盖面很广的研究课题,它的主要研究内容有:负荷预测、潮流计算、配电网网架规划等等。
本文首先研究了负荷预测和配电网规划的内容和方法,并分别进行了应用,即算例的分析和计算。最后把地理信息系统引进配电网规划系统,即在Microsoft Visual Studio 2008开发平台上,利用C#语言对SuperMap Objects .NET 组件进行开发开发了一个配电网管理的界面。

Title GIS-Based Distribution Network Planning Study
Abstract: The distribution network planning is an important part of the economic and social development in the supply area , and it is also extremely important preparatory work for the construction of the power system expansion. With the growing distribution system load,there is gradual increase in power supply quality and reliability. Reasonable distribution network planning can get a huge social and economic benefits.
The distribution network planning is a very broad coverage of the subject, its main contents include: power load forecasting, distribution power flow calculation, grid planning.
This paper studies load forecasting and distribution planning the content and methods, and applications were carried out, that the analysis and calculation examples.Finally, the introduction of geographic information systems distribution network planning system, namely in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development platform, using C # language SuperMap Objects. NET components for development to develop a distribution network management interface.
