摘要随着经济的发展,资源越来越重要,这就要求我们充分的利用资源,于是,智能变电站应运而生。但是智能变电站与传统变电站的二次回路有着明显的区别,传统的闪变检测仪无法应用,这就需要我们设计一个新的闪变检测仪。65003
本文主要介绍了智能变电站的概念,智能变电站与传统变电站二次回路的差异,同时也介绍了闪变的概念以及其算法的分析,并在IEC推荐的平方法检测闪变原理框图的基础上提出了一种新的闪变检测方法。经过仿真验证后,使用LabVIEW编程实现了闪变的检测,实验结果初步证明所开发的闪变检测系统性能指标符合IEC标准规定的精度要求。

THE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT SUBSTATION VOLTAGE FLICKERDETECTOR WHICH BASED ON THE NICRIO PLATFORM
Abstract
With the development of economy, resources are increasingly important. This requires us to make full use of resources, so intelligent substation came into being. But the secondary circuit of intelligent substation has a difference with traditional substation. So traditional flicker detector cannot be applied and this requires us to design a new flicker detector.
This paper describes the concept of intelligent substation, the differences between the secondary circuit of intelligent substation and traditional substation and the concept of flicker and analysis of algorithms. Also in the IEC recommendation even method examination flicker functional block diagram foundation,we put forward to a new flicker examination method. After the simulating confirmation, the use of LabVIEW programming realized the detection of flicker, the experimental result preliminary proves developed flicker the examination system performance indexes conforms to the challenge of IEC accuracy Standard.
