    摘要近年来,液压及电气技术发展迅速,其应用领域也在迅速扩大,几乎遍及国民经济的各个领域。随着应用范围的不断扩大和技术的不断进步,各个领域对电液控制的要求也越来越高。由于电液控制技术经济性能的好坏优劣很大程度取决于系统的设计,因此,一个好的电液控制系统需要设计人员较高的设计水平。作为一个即将面向社会的机电专业应届毕业生来说,提高自己的设计水平是一项非常重要的课程。51169

    本设计首先对液压系统进行工况分析,通过液压系统基本参数计算以及工况分析的计算,选定液压缸工作压力,绘制了速度循环图和负载循环图,并计算出工作缸和加紧缸尺寸的规格和各阶段流经液压缸的流量;并根据设计要求液压系统的工作方式,以及计算得出的供油方式、调速方式以及加紧回路的选择拟定液压系统原理图,并对系统的各个工况进行分析、讲解,参考各类文献计算和选择液压元件并确定型号,确定管道尺寸和油箱容积,并对系统的压力损失和油液温升进行验算,以便与达到设计的要求,必要时进行一定的修改;然后对液压系统进行电气控制线路分析设计,绘制电气原理图,选取电器元件型号及规格;最后根据生产线动力头的工艺流程和动作顺序,参考相应文献,完成PLC的选型,绘制外部接线图和PLC梯形图,并编写语句表,达到设计要求,完成本设计。

     Abstract  In recent years, the development of hydraulic and electrical technology is rapid, the aero of its application are also expanding rapidly, it almost widely used in the various fields of national economy. With the expansion of the scope of application and the technical unceasing progress, all areas of the electro-hydraulic control require more seriously. Based on the economic performance of the electro-hydraulic control technology, the quality largely depends on the system design, therefore, a good electro-hydraulic control system need designing a higher level of design. As a electro-mechanical graduates geared to the needs of society, I need to improve the level of designing and it is a very important . 

        This paper first to the hydraulic system of condition analysis, through calculation and analysis, mapped the speed cycle figure and load circulation chart, the initial selection of hydraulic cylinders working pressure, and calculation to hydraulic cylinder and work cylinder size and flows through each stage of the hydraulic cylinder flow; second oil hydraulic system according to mode, speed mode, the speed-for-access approach and the choice of stepping up the development of hydraulic system circuit diagram and working status of the system, calculation and choose hydraulic components, sure pipe size and fuel tank capacity, and to the system pressure loss and the oil temperature rise link, in order to achieve the design requirement; and then the hydraulic system of main loop and electrical control circuit design, rational choice electrical components and map electrical diagram; last according to the production line power head and process of the action sequence, complete the selection and map PLC outside the wiring diagram and PLC ladder diagram, write statement table, completion of design requirements.
