    中文摘要目前,基于MATLAB的视频动态目标识别与跟踪广泛应用于各个领域,运动目标的自动检测是对运动目标进行检测、提取、识别和跟踪的技术。基于视频序列的目标检测,一直以来都是机器视觉、智能监控系统、视频跟踪系统等领域的研究重点,是整个计算机视觉研究的重要组成部分。运动目标检测的结果正确性对后续的图像处理、图像理解等工作的顺利开展具有决定性的作用,所以能否将运动物体从视频序列中准确地检测出来,是运动估计、目标识别、行为理解等高层次视频分析模块能否成功的关键。61823

    对于基于串口通信的步进电机控制在实际生产中应用极为广泛,改进了过去使用卡槽来控制步进电机的生产工艺,对于采用步进电机作为伺服部件的数控设备而言,也就是主要解决计算机直接控制步进电机的问题。其通常做法是采用步进控制卡,但是这种方法不仅成本较高,而且不便于操作,在计算机扩展槽上安装控制卡,必须打开机箱才能操作,而且在小型平板电脑和嵌入式电脑中根本没有安装控制卡的空间和扩展槽。利用计算机的串行口或并行口进行二次开发,用于控制步进电机,代替控制卡的作用,具有成本低,操作简单,兼容性好等优点。

    The serial communication based on stepper motor control is widely used in the actual production, in the past was improved using the card slot to control the stepper motor's production process, for uses stepper motor as servo unit of CNC equipment, which is mainly to solve the computer direct control of stepper motor. The usual practice is to step by step control card, but this method not only has the higher cost, and not easy to operate, in computer expansion groove is arranged on the control card must open the case to operate, and in the small tablet computer and embedded computer did not install the control card space and expansion slots. Use of the computer's serial port or parallel port for the two development, to control the stepper motor, instead of the role of the control card, with low cost, simple operation, good compatibility, etc..
