    摘要新型连续灭菌自动生产线是灭菌领域的热点,此项研究与千家万户的生活息息相关,有很大的前景。而且区别于普通的人工操作灭菌,连续灭菌生产线的优点是消耗能量少,生产效率高,人工成本低以及灭菌质量更加可靠。基于此,我们团队创新地设计了一种动态连续灭菌装置,更好地保证人类健康的同时,也能带来可观的经济效益。61806

    最初,团队队员一起分析了国内外的新兴动态连续灭菌装置的发展现状,在了解国外最新科研成果的同时,也清楚分析认识了我国连续自动灭菌生产线的发展动态,认识到了自己的不足。根据我国当前现状,团队制定了比较现实的目标,在考虑系统性能的同时也要考虑实现的难易程度和实用性。然后,我们团队查阅资料,综合各种连续灭菌设备的优点,进行了总体的结构设计。这个灭菌系统需要达到的要求是能够实现自动控制,从而减少人工劳动强度,并且有高温水灭菌,高温蒸汽灭菌两种灭菌方式可以选择。在各个工作的环节中,水温,液位要能自动控制,故障时可以手动控制,传送带和推杆要能实现节拍运行,从而控制上下料与传送带的运行,灭菌时间吻合。本自动灭菌系统的控制用西门子S7-200实现。控制程序写好后需要用西门子S7-200的仿真软件进行仿真,验证程序的正确性,以及是不是能够达到预期的效果。

    Abstract At present,New Continuous automatic production line is hot sterilization sterilization field,this research is closely related to the lives of millions of households,and .there is a great prospect.And it is different from the ordinary manual operation sterilization, the continuous sterilization production line has the advantage of less energy consumption, high production efficiency, low labor cost and the quality of sterilization is more reliable.Based on this, we have designed a dynamic continuous sterilization device, to not only better ensure human health, but also can bring considerable economic benefits.

    In the beginning ,team members have analyzed the development status of the emerging dynamic continuous sterilization device at home and abroad.In the understanding of the latest foreign research results, but also clear analysis of the development of China's continuous automatic sterilization production line, to recognize their own shortcomings.According to the present situation of our country, the team has made a more realistic goal, at the same time, considering the system performance, we should consider the difficulty level and practicality.Then,we team refer to the information,combined with the advantages of all kinds of continuous sterilization equipment, we have carried out the overall structure design.This sterilization system needs to achieve the requirements that are capable of achieving automatic control,so as to reduce the labor intensity, and there is high temperature water sterilization, high temperature steam sterilization two ways can be selected.In the various aspects of the work, the water temperature, liquid level are to be able to automatically control,faults can be controlled manually, the conveyor belt and push rod to achieve the beat running, so as to control the running of the upper and lower materials and conveyor belt, and the time of sterilization.The control of this automatic sterilization system is realized with SIEMENS S7-200.After written control procedures need to use SIEMENS S7-200 simulation software to simulate, verify the correctness of the program, and whether it can achieve the desired results.
