摘要:PID控制器已经有好几十年的历史了,它是第一个运用到实际工程中的控制器,到现在为止依然应用领域极其广泛。 PID控制器不像其它种类的控制器需要使用精确的系统数学模型,它的原理非常的直接简单,所以成为了最为应用广泛的控制器。 PID控制器的优点有很多,对于我来说它最大的优点是原理简单,使用方便,它的参数能够随着过程中产生的变化进行及时的调整。 第二点是它的鲁棒性强,鲁棒性指的是PID控制器如果遇到被控制的对象突然产生变化但是并不影响它的控制品质。最后一点是它的适应性很强。PID控制器已经发展和研究了许多年了,但是PID控制器依然没有退出历史的潮流,在最新型的过程控制计算机中依然能够看到它的身影。任何事物不可能都那么完美总归存在某些小小的缺陷,PID控制器也是如此。PID控制在遇到不是线性,随时间改变,存在耦合参数和结构不确定这一系列的复杂控制过程,它的可控制效果并不能让人满意。62076
在本文中,研究的传统的PID控制参数整定和自整定方法和应用,对较为成熟的智能PID控制在MATLAB环境仿真分析和比较。在传统PID参数整定的基础上推出新的思维和数学工具,深入了解单神经元PID控制器的研究。本文讨论常规PID控制和传统算法的优点和缺点,利用MATLAB软件仿真;了解单神经元自适应PID控制器结构,控制算法,并采用MATLAB软件仿真。 MATLAB仿真结果表明,单神经元PID控制在保持常规PID控制系统优点的同时,具有自整定智能化功能,因此具有良好的控制品质和较强的适应性。

Design of parameters in PID controller
PID controller has a history of several decades, it is the first to apply to the actual project controller, up to now is still widely used in the field. PID controller is not like other kinds of controllers need to use accurate system mathematical model, its principle is very direct and simple, so it has become the most widely used controller. PID controller has many advantages, for me it is the biggest advantage of the principle is simple, easy to use, and its parameters can be adjusted in a timely manner with the changes in the process. The second point is that it is robust, robustness refers to the PID controller if the object is controlled by a sudden change but does not affect the quality of its control. The last point is its adaptability is very strong. PID controller has been developed and studied for many years, but the PID controller is still not out of the trend of history, in the latest process control computer is still able to see its figure. Anything can not be so perfect it there are some small defects, such as PID controller. PID control in the face is not linear, with time to change, there is a series of coupled parameters and structural uncertainties in this series of complex control process, its control effect and can not make people satisfied.
In this paper, the research of the traditional PID control parameters tuning and self-tuning methods and applications, the more mature intelligent PID control in the MATLAB environment simulation analysis and comparison. On the basis of the traditional PID parameter setting, the new thinking and mathematical tools are introduced, and the research of the single neuron PID controller is deeply studied. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of conventional PID control and the traditional algorithm, using MATLAB software simulation; to understand the structure of single neuron adaptive PID controller, control algorithm, and the use of MATLAB software simulation. MATLAB simulation results show that the single neuron PID control has the advantages of the conventional PID control system, it has self tuning intelligent function, so it has good control quality and strong adaptability.
