    摘要随着我国进入高速列车的时代,对高速列车的运行安全的关注越来越多。列车的制动系统对列车的运行安全起到至关重要的作用,因此制动系统的质量可靠性必须经过严格的检测。本文旨在于根据列车制动器出厂试验要求设计一款数字化的试验台来模拟列车制动过程,并通过相关测试系统检测高速列车制动系统关键部件,以确保其能达到必需的出厂技术参数,从而为列车的安全运行提供保障。8607
    虚拟仪器技术是现代测试技术的主要发展方向,基于虚拟仪器技术的试验台相对于传统测试方法具有速度快、操作简单、成本低、灵活性、适应性强等优势。试验台以虚拟仪器技术为核心,通过气动系统和机械系统的配合复现制动器实际动作,通过多种传感器对技术要求涉及到的测试项目对应的参数进行采集、并由计算机软件进行数据处理。硬件系统设计还涉及到对试验台的强度、刚度以及关键机械部件进行了校核计算,对机械和气动系统进行了设计、对直线轴承、电机、传感器、气动元件进行了计算和选型。

    Title    The design of mechanical system of performance testing platform for the train brake device
    based on Labview
    Abstract
    As China enters the era of high-speed train,the concern about the safe operation of the high-speed train is continuous increasing.The braking system plays a crucial role in the safe operation of trains,so the quality and reliability of the braking system must undergo a rigorous test.This paper aims to design a digital test platform to simulate the process of train braking,and detect key components of the braking system based on related test systems as well,which ensure that the braking system can meet the requirement of necessary technology data,thereby ensuring the safe operation of trains.
    The virtual instrument technology is the main development direction of modern testing techniques,the test platform based on virtual instrument technology has many advantages compared to traditional testing methods,such as faster testing,simpler operation,low cost,more flexibility and more adaptability.The test paltform primarily based on the virtual instrument technology recurrence actual braking action through the pneumatic and mechanical systems,collect corresponding parameters of test items refered by technical reqiurements through a variety of sensors ,and process the data by computer and software.The contents of hardware system design also include:strength and stiffness checking of test platform and critical mechanical components,the design of mechanical and pneumatic system,calculation and selection of linear bearings,motors,sensors,and pneumatic components.
