摘要近几年来,我国经济飞速发展,城市化进程加快,高楼大厦如雨后春笋般拔地而起,而施工升降机是建筑施工中必不可少的机械设备之一。随着施工升降机的运输高度以及运送能力的日益提高,人们对其各方面的性能要求也越来越高,但是目前施工升降机的自动化控制水平普遍较低。本文针对传统升降机平层控制器中存在的一些问题,提出了利用单片机作为平层控制器的核心部件,对施工升降机的平层控制系统进行了设计和研究。68309
首先,本文阐述了升降机平层控制器的总体方案设计,并简要介绍了各个功能模块的主要功能。其次,从各个功能模块出发介绍了升降机平层控制器的硬件设计部分。然后,根据要实现的功能设计了升降机平层控制器的软件系统。接着,简要介绍了施工升降机的抗干扰设计以及软硬件联合调试。最后,对本课题的研究成果进行了总结和展望,针对本课题中所存在的需要改进的部分提出了改进的措施,对今后的改进工作进行了更深一步的规划。

Title Research On Position-Controller For Construction Hoist
Abstract
In recent years, China's rapid economic development, speed up the urbanization process,as high-rise buildings mushrooming, so construction hoist is one of the essential building construction machinery and equipment. With the transport ability and carriage height of the construction hoist increase very quickly, people’s requirements in all aspects of its performance are also increasing, but, now, automatic control level of the construction hoist is generally low. In this paper, we proposes the use of microcontroller as a core component of position-controller to solve some of the problems of traditional construction hoist position-controller, and the system of construction hoist position-controller is designed and researched.
First, the paper describes the overall design of the construction hoist position-controller, and briefly describes the function of each module.
Secondly, we mainly introduce the hardware design of construction hoist position-controller based on the function of each module. Then, we introduce the software design of construction hoist position-controller according to functions implemented. Next, briefly introduced anti-jamming design of construction hoist and hardware and software debugging. Finally, we summarize and outlook the research results of this project, propose improvement measures for existing improvement of this project, and carry out deeper planning for future improvement work.
