摘要：锐劲特是一种高效、低毒、低残留的广谱吡唑类杀虫剂,寻找和筛选新颖的锐劲特衍生物是许多科研工作者研究的热点。本论文结合最新报道的含氮环氧杂环化合物的制备方法，通过有机化学手段引入类似环氧虫啶的结构取代三氟甲基亚磺酰基来起到结构修饰的目的，摸索反应路线及优化目标化合物的合成条件，以期发展一条简洁制备吡唑环氧化合物的方法。5335

Design and synthesis of the Fipronil derivatives based on Cycloxaprid
Abstract： Fipronil, a highly effective, low toxicity and residue for the broad spectrum of pyrazole insecticide, discovering and screening the novel derivatives of fipronil paid great attention in the field of pesticidal chemistry recently. In this thesis, focus on the method for synthesis of Nitrogen heterocyclic epoxy groups and modification the intermediate of Fipronil. It is expected we designedit was expected that by introducing Cycloxaprid groups in place of the trifluoromethyl sulfoxide groups of fipronil. Some intermediates were characterized by LC-MS and 1H-NMR.
