摘要日前，随着国内城市发展，城市人口的增多，给交通带来的压力也与日俱增，给公众的出行造成麻烦。城市轨道交通作为一种快速、大容量、便捷、环保的交通工具，同时能避免地面交通的拥堵，受到国内城市的青睐，越来越多的城市开始规划修建城市地铁。本课题拟对城市轨道交通应急管理的应急人员岗位能力进行研究，得出在何种城市轨道交通应急事件应选定符合何种条件的应急人员进行应急事件的处理。本课题的研究，有利于城市轨道交通应急事件的处理效率，对于应急人员管理更加合理，减少城市轨道交通交通应急事件出现的损失，提高城市轨道交通应急管理水平。
本文首先对城市轨道交通应急事件一定规则进行分类分级并用定量的方法进行评分，再对城市轨道交通应急人员能力素质进行分析，建立岗位能力最佳匹配模型，其次，将分类分级好的应急事件与建立好的应急人员岗位能力模型进行匹配。最后用解决最短路问题的方法研究应急人员的响应模式。33398
本文得出在城市轨道交通应急管理中应急人员最佳匹配模型并阐述应急人员如何对应急事件的进行响应。

Title The research of the emergency management information platform for Urban Rail Transit -the best matching model of post ability
Abstract
Recently, with the development of domestic cities, the increase of urban population, the pressure caused by traffic increases, causing trouble to the public travel.Urban rail transit as a fast, large capacity, convenient and environmentally friendly means of transport, also can avoid ground traffic congestion, favored by domestic cities, more and more of the city began planning the construction of the city subway.This paper intends to research urban rail traffic emergency management emergency personnel post ability of that in which kind of urban rail transit emergency events should be selected in line with what conditions of emergency personnel emergency treatment.This topic research, there is conducive to the treatment efficiency of the urban rail transit emergency events, emergency management personnel for more reasonable, reduce loss of urban rail transit traffic incident, improve the level of emergency management in urban rail transit.Firstly it’ll classify urban rail transit emergency rules and quantitative method score, analysising the urban rail transit emergency capability and quality , build post ability best fit model. Secondly, matching the classification classification of emergency events and establish good emergency personnel competency model.Finally,using the shortest path porblem to explain the emergency personnel how to get the emergency metro station.
