摘要高速公路在重大节假日期间免收小型客车通行费用的方案，看似是优惠了小型客车出行成本，却引起节假日期间大量的机动车流几乎同时驶入高速公路，导致高速公路瓶颈路段出现交通堵塞甚至瘫痪。高速公路作为现代化公路运输的主要通道，扮演着经济运输动脉的角色，影响和制约着沿线城镇规划和产业布局，在沿线居民生产生活环境中起着重要作用。为了能够缓解节假日期间高速公路的交通压力，采集以往交通量数据，分析交通状况，采用主线控制、匝道控制、交通诱导等交通组织方法，并用Vissim4.30仿真模拟，得到高速公路特定情况下的交通组织。通过研究节假日高速公路交通组织，为今后节假日期间高速公路安全、高效的作业，提供可参照的交通组织方法。33399

Title Study on Organization Methods of Holidays’ Highway Traffic
Abstract
The way that not charging small buses during important holidays appears to cut down small buses’ costs, it has caused a large number of vehicle flow during the holidays almost at the same time and traffic jam in bottlenecks of highway instead . Highway is the main channel of modern road transport and plays a role in economic transportation.It influences and restricts urban planning and industrial layout, What’s more,it plays an important role in the life of residents along the production environment. In order to alleviate the highway traffic pressure during holidays,we collect past traffic data and analyze traffic conditions. Mainline control,ramp control,traffic guidance and such other traffic organization method are used in this paper.Throughout Vissim4.30 simulation,highway traffic organization of particular condition is given out. By studying the holidays’ highway traffic organization,we can not only ensure future highway safety during holidays and efficient operations but also provide transportation organization methods that can be referred to.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
我国高速公路历经20多年的发展建设，从1988年的沪嘉高速公路的初步建成通车打破了中国大陆高速公路“零”的局面，并持续发展建设，形成8.5万公里（2011年）的高速公路网。到2013年底，凭借总里程高达10.4万公里的高速公路总里程，我国已超过美国跃居世界第一。据我国公路管理局2014年的数据报道显示，2014年底我国高速公路总里程已达到11.2万公里。高速公路的快速发展足以证明高速公路对提高我国国民经济产生的巨大影响及对我国居民出行对高速公路的选择趋势。高速公路的建设成了我国经济发展策略的重要一项。随着高速公路建设及使用脚步的加快，随之出现的相关收费问题引起国家相关部门的重视[1]。 节假日高速公路交通组织方法研究:http://www.751com.cn/zidonghua/lunwen_30448.html
