摘要:当今社会的诸多公共场所,例如地铁和商城的基础设施中都装有自动扶梯。自动扶梯是长时间运行的一种基础设备,其工作时间大多都保持着空载或者说轻载的状态;目前部分扶梯在空载的时候仍然保持运行,这无疑增加了扶梯元器件的磨损,从而使得机体的整体寿命大大减少,且浪费很多不必要的耗能。
本论文是基于组态王的自动扶梯监控系统设计,分为硬件设计和软件设计两部分内容。在硬件设计方面,主要工作是硬件选型、输入/输出点分配,以及硬件接线设计。在软件设计方面,采用西门子Step-7作为编程软件,实现的功能包括:当传感器有输出,开始计时,若不到2分钟,有下次输出,重新计时,直到计时完成。并且用组态王软件设计了自动扶梯的监控画面,主要工作包括:建立新工程,绘制画面,定义外部设备和数据变量,在数据库中定义变量,对组态画面中的各图素建立动画连接,编写命令语言,建立“报警和事件窗口”,建立“历史趋势曲线”画面。43491

Design of The Escalator Monitoring System on Kingview
Abstract: Escalators are widely used in shopping malls, subways, airports and other public places, as a kind of perennial operating mechanical and electrical equipment, its running state for light load or no-load, most of the escalators are still use the rated speed, and it will consume a lot of energy.
This thesis is about the design of escalator monitoring system on kingview,And it’s pided into two parts, hardware design and software design. In the aspect of hardware design, the main work is the hardware selection,the distribution of input point and output point, as well as the wiring designation of hardware.In the aspect of software design, using the Siemens the Step 7 as programming software, the functions include:when the sensor outputs,the timer wil start to timekeeping, if the time is less than two minutes, and the program has the next output, the timer will start to timekeeping again, until the time is finished.I did the escalator monitoring screen on the kingview.The main work includes:establishing a new project, drawing pictures, defining external devices and data variables, defining variables in the database,to build each pixel’s animation connection in the image of kingview.writing command language,establishing "the window of alarm and event"and establishing the frame of "historical trend curve".
