摘要聚丙烯(PP)是一种应用广泛、性能优良的通用高分子材料。而尼龙6 ( PA6) 具有良好的冲击强度、拉伸强度等综合性能,PP和PA6的共混能实现两者性能的互补,制备高性能的合金材料。然而,PP和PA6的极性相差大,相容性差,需使用增容剂。虽有大量研究使用PP-g-MHA高效增容PP/PA6合金,然而PP-g-MAH分子结构对增容效果的研究却未见报道。本文通过制备了具有不同熔指和接枝率的PP-g-MAH用来增容PA6/PP体系,研究PP-g-MAH分子结构对PA6/PP合金增容效果的影响。研究表明,在PP-g-MAH具有相同接枝率时,熔指较低的一种所增容的合金体系的力学性能相对提高,增容效果显著;而在PP-g-MAH具有相同的熔指,不同的接枝率时,增容剂接枝率的差别并没有对PA6/PP合金体系的力学性能有太大影响,增容效果也无太大区别。50422
Polypropylene (PP) is a kind of general polymer with wide application and excellent performance. Polyamide 6 (PA6) has good properties of impact strength and tensile strength. It is expected that the blending of the two polymers leads to the high performance materials. Most of the researchers are making increasing compatibility of PA6 and PP different types of compatibilizers study,while the amount of compatibilizing agent used is not much analysis of molecular structure. By homemade PP-g-MAH compatibilizer for PA6/PP system,compared to PP-g-MAH molecular structure,while the resulting PA6/PP alloy systems analysis. The study shows that when the PP-g-MAH has the same grafting ratio, the mechanical properties of the alloy system,which is a kind of low alloy system, can increase the mechanical properties of the alloy system; And in PP-g-MAH with the same melting index,different grafting ratios,the difference of the grafting rate of the increasing agent did not have much influence on the mechanical properties of the PA6/PP alloy system.
