摘要:根据设计任务要求,进行年产420万吨热轧带钢车间工艺设计。设计参考钢1780热轧带钢生产线,按照任务书产量要求,选择典型产品为16MnR,产品厚度为4mm,宽度为1520mm。设计内容包括产品方案和生产方案的制定、金属平衡和工艺流程的制定、原料选择、轧机的选择、辅助设备的选择、道次的确定、压下规程的确定、速度计算、温降计算、辊型计算、力能参数计算、轧辊校核以及电机能力的校核。为保证轧制的顺利进行,粗轧机采用四辊可逆式轧机,最大轧制力为4000t。精轧机采用全液压压下装置AGC 系统, 液压缸行程为120mm,增加了压下的快速性,提高板厚的精度。目前AGC 系统厚度控制数学模型不断完善, 控制精度不断提高。其中F1,F5~F7为常规轧机;F2~F4为PC轧机,F4~F7带有ORG装置,精轧机组F1~F7采用热轧油工艺润滑技术 。F1~F7采用横移台车快速换工作辊,减少停轧时间。设计年生产能力420万吨。10091
