摘要：在我国，政治参与是社会成员、社会群体最普遍的政治行为，而大学生作为一个重要又特殊的群体，他们的政治参与状况直接关系着国家、民族的发展，关系着现代文明社会的发展进程。但是，当代大学生在政治参与中存在诸多问题，比如说情绪过于激烈、参与的动机明显功利化、盲目随大流等等，无序政治参与问题愈加严重。因此探究当代大学生无序政治参与的原因，深刻地认识到以上问题所在，我们必须采取多种措施促进大学生有序政治参与，具体措施如下：提高大学生政治素养和明辨是非的能力、营造良好的校园环境、建立大学生参与过程的监督机制、拓宽政治参与渠道与加强立法保障。33358

The Causes and Countermeasures of Disorderly Political Participation of Contemporary College Students
Abstract: In our country, political participation is the most common political behaviors of social members and social groups, and college students as an important and special group, their political participation is directly related to the development of the country and the nation, as well as the development of modern civilized society. However, contemporary college students has many problems in the political participation, for example, the mood is too fierce, participation motivation is obviously utilitarian, the college students blindly follow the crowd and so on, disorderly political participation is more and more serious. Therefore, to explore the cause of the disorderly political participation of contemporary college students, to deeply understand the above problems, we must take various measures to promote the orderly political participation of the college students, the specific measures are as follows: improving college students' political quality and the ability of distinguishing right from wrong, creating a good campus environment, establishing the supervision mechanism in the process of participation for our college students, broadening the channels of political participation and strengthening the legislation safeguard.

序言
改革开放以来，随着我国社会主义民主政治建设的不断完善，政治参与逐渐成为民主政治的主要内容，对我国社会主义政治文明的发展起到了重要作用，是当代民主政治的重要内容和显著标志, 体现了民主政治的精髓, 也是现代社会民主制度赖以存在的基础。中国在十八届三中全会通过的《中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》报告中指出，“更加注重健全民主制度、丰富民主形式，从各层次各领域扩大公民有序政治参与，充分发挥我国社会主义政治制度的优越性”。[1]由此可见，政治参与是任何一个政治系统以及这个政治系统中的成员最为普遍的政治行为，关乎每个社会成员对政治系统的关心、理解和支持。[2]总的来说，政治参与，它是公民通过一定途径试图影响政治过程的活动，即政治参与的主体是一般公民，政治参与的行为既可能是有序的参与也可能是无序的参与。
所谓政治参与亦称参与政治，中外看法不一，在美国学者亨廷顿看来，他认为政治参与是指“ 平民试图影响政府决策的活动”。[3]中国的学者曾在《中国大百科全书》中，把政治参与定义为“所有公民遵从内心自愿地通过各种合法方式参与政治生活的行为”。
梁启超曾说过“ 青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强，青年有希望，中国未来的发展就有希望”。[4]诚然，大学生是青年中最为重要的中坚力量，他们是国家宝贵的人才，是民族的希望、祖国的未来。作为未来中国特色社会主义建设主要力量的当代大学生，他们的政治参与是公民政治参与的重要组成部分，将会越来越引起社会的广泛关注。大学生作为重要的政治参与主体，由于各种原因，其政治参与存在着无序的现象。大学生无序政治参与，通常是指在参与政治生活或是政治决策的过程中，尽管通过合法的形式、制度化的渠道参与，但是仍然是被动、盲目、暂时、缺乏理性的参与。大学生的有序政治参与，才是大学生有效政治参与的前提，然而，离开了高度社会责任感的无序政治参与是极其不健康和畸形的，甚至会导致社会动乱的严重后果。有序与无序，一字之差，实质差别意义却深远至极，通过对大学生无序的政治参与研究，来推动大学生有序政治参与，不仅是推动国家政治决策科学化、民主化、合理化的需要，也是加强高校思想政治工作的需要，更是提高大学生对于社会适应性的需要。因此，从多角度多方面，了解现代大学生有序还是无序的政治参与有重大借鉴意义。 当代大学生无序政治参与的成因及对策:http://www.751com.cn/faxue/lunwen_30388.html
