我国宪法监督制度研究

摘要宪法在国家法律体系中的最高法律地位和最高法律效力。而在建立和完善宪法监督制度、违宪审查、宪法解释等问题是文护宪法权威、保证宪法实施的必要措施。从目前来说，我国监督宪法实施的制度尚不完善，有必要在当前的政治体制改革中，把这一制度完善起来，以确保宪法的进一步实施。只要宪法监督机制的逐步完善，法律体系才能更加健全。本文通过现有的文献、资料和专家著述等，结合自己平日在课堂所积累的知识进行文献整理、分析和查阅。通过对个别关键字的对比得出结论，就现有的宪法实施相关法律规制进行梳理。分析现有法律监督制度中存在的缺点以及在专家著述的基础上提出自己改进的建议。34069
