摘要：本工程为果蔬加工与销售中心建筑面积约为3600m2，结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，轻质隔墙，总层数为四层，无地下室。建筑耐火等级为二级，设计合理使用年限为50年。
建筑结构安全等级为二级，三级框架，抗震设防烈度为7度，设计分组为第二组，设计基本地震加速度值为0.55g，场地土Ⅲ类。21307
