摘 要:本文采用超声微波协同萃取的方法,分别考察了功率、提取时间、温度、料液比对提取花青素的影响,在单因素实验基础上,进行正交设计实验,分析各实验因素对提取紫薯花青素过程的影响,对用超声微波提取紫薯花青素的条件进行了优化。实验得出超声微波协同萃取的最佳条件为:功率135W,提取时间为3min,温度为70℃,料液比为1:20,在最佳条件下,提取的紫薯花青素提取率为1.693%,与传统的萃取法相比提高了1.43%。54010

Abstract: In this paper, I used microwave synergistic extraction method. The effects of power, extraction time, temperature, solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of anthocyanins were studied. On the basis of single factor experiment, I conducted orthogonal design experiment, and analyzed the impact of various factors on the extraction experiments purple sweet potato anthocyanins process. The conditions of microwave synergistic extraction method on Purple sweet potato anthocyanins extraction were optimized. The optimum conditions for the microwave synergistic extraction method are: the power is 135W, the extraction time is 3min, the temperature is 70 ℃, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:20. Under optimal conditions, Purple sweet potato anthocyanins extraction rate is 1.693%, It is increased by 1.43% compared with the conventional extraction method.
