    摘要本文主要阐述了在采用无机胶体法成功制备氧化锆连续纤维的基础上,进一步研究氧化锆纤维板的成型工艺。以醋酸锆为前躯体制备氧化锆纤维,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成具有Zr-O长链的溶胶,纺丝,烧结,制备ZrO2纤维。采用该高强度ZrO2纤维作为基材,并采用聚锆溶胶纺丝液加水稀释后添加聚氯乙烯有机胶与硝酸铝作粘结剂,充分制浆后,经真空吸滤成型获得湿坯,再经干燥和高温热处理,最终获得ZrO2纤维板。为了克服纤维板强度低、隔热效果不佳,表面易掉渣等缺陷,通过添加硝酸铝、纳米ZrO2等方法,成功的改进纤维板的成型工艺;为了简化纤维板的成型过程,尝试用纤维直接烧结沉降成板取代原工艺,并进行性能测试,证明了此方法可行;测试不同密度、不同稳定剂的ZrO2板的抗压、抗折强度。进一步深入研究纤维板性能的影响因素。68270

    Title  A study on the formation process of ZrO2 fibers board and its effects on the product's properties                                             

    Abstract  This article focuses on the molding process in the zirconia fiberboard  based on inorganic colloid successfully prepared by the zirconia continuous fiber.The zirconia fibers was prepared with zirconium acetate for the precursor, the sol having a Zr-O long chain is synthesized by the sol-gel method, and then, spinning, sintering, preparing ZrO2 fiber. Using the high-strength zirconium oxide fibers as the base material, and using polyethylene zirconium sol spinning solution is diluted with water to add organic adhesive PVC and aluminum nitrate as the binder, after pulping fully wet preform molding by vacuum suction filtration. And then by drying and high temperature heat treatment, finally obtained the zirconia fiberboard. In order to overcome the defects of fiberboard low intensity, poor insulation effect, the surface easy to dregs, improved by adding Aluminum nitrate or nano zirconia, fiberboard molding process.In order to simplify the molding process of the fiberboard, we tried to settle to plate directly to replace the original process, tested its performance and proved that this method is feasible. Test the compressive and flexural strength of the zirconia plate in different density, stabilizer. Studying of the Factors Influencing the Performance of fiberboard further.
