梁的截面尺寸应满足承载力、刚度及延性要求。截面高度一般取梁跨度的1/12~1/8,为防止梁产生剪切脆性破坏,梁的净跨与截面高度之比不宜小于4。梁截面宽度可取1/3~1/2梁高,同时不宜小于1/2柱宽,且不应小于250mm。
同时,柱截面高度不宜小于400mm,宽度不宜小于350mm,柱净高与截面长边尺寸之比宜大于4。框架柱上、下层截面高度不同时,从下至上,边柱一般采取内缩,中柱宜采取两边缩。每次缩小的柱截面高度以100~150mm为宜。框架梁的截面中心线宜与柱中心线重合。当必须偏置时,同一平面内梁、柱中心线间的偏心距不宜大于柱截面在该方向边长的1/4。
