摘要:预应力连续梁桥具有形式简单,施工技术成熟,需要的机具少,无需大型设备,可充分降低施工成本,所用材料价格低,成桥后养护费用少,结构刚度大,变性小,动力性能好,主梁挠曲线变形平缓,行车通畅,平顺,安全,能够满足交通运输要求等优点,因此在桥梁设计中被广泛选用。本课题为跨径为40m+60m+40m连续梁桥设计,主要针对连续梁桥上部结构的设计,其主要内容有:截面尺寸的拟定,内力计算(包括横载内力、活载内力和附加内力的计算,内力组合,内力包络图的绘制),配筋设计,采用悬臂浇筑施工阶段和后期使用阶段的应力验算,最终承载力极限状态强度验算、刚度验算等。设计过程中参考了《公路桥涵设计通用规范JTG-D60-2004》、《梁桥》、《桥梁工程》等资料,并利用计算机软件如:Excel、Dr Bridge辅助计算和输出原始数据和AutoCAD作图。23748

The design of Fengjie Yangtze River Bridge
(A 40+60+40 meters Continuous girder bridge)
Abstract:Continuous girder bridge is widely utilized in the design of a bridge as its simple structure, mature construction technique, a small number of tools without any huge equipment, low cost, cheap material, low maintenance cost, great structural stiffness, small deformation, excellent dynamic performance, gentle deformation of the main beam deflection curve,good driving experience, movement, safety, requirement for traffic transportation. The theme of this article is a design of a continuous girder bridge with a span of 40+60+40 meters. It’s mainly about the design of the superstructure of a bridge. The main steps are as follows: determining the cross-sectional dimension, calculating internal force (including the calculation of internal constant load ,live load and additional load ,the combination of internal loads and the internal force envelope diagram), configuration of prestressed tendons,calculating the stress after the cantilever construction, strength and stiffness confirmatory calculation under the limit state of bearing capacity, and so forth. The design is based on some reference such as <JTG-D60-2004>,<Girder Bridge>,<Bridge Engineering>,etc. Besides, some computer programs like Excel, Doctor Bridge, AUTOCAD are applied in the calculation and drawing.
