地下资源的可开发性可以使国内中心城市交通拥挤现状得以舒缓,多种地下空间施工方案,矿山法、盾构法、明挖法、暗挖法、新奥法等地下空间隧道施工方法在城市中得到大量运用,矿山法作为最原始的施工方法与其延伸的台阶法等相辅相成,盾构法集中用于高技术难度的项目施工中。
地铁隧道建成的地下或水下建筑为机动车辆提供交通线路。地铁隧道工程为土木工程的重要分支,指研究各个隧道的设计施工的一门工程科学。
地铁隧道工程属于较频繁的地下工程施工项目,地下地质条件与城市环境现状复杂,设计施工受到城市上方建筑群与技术条件等的约束,对城市地下岩石地质条件的判断与分析可能存在误差,使得施工组织设计文件没有那么完美,需要施工阶段进行临时根据现状指定施工方案。
