摘要:本文针对中铁四局兰新铁路龙门吊安装拆除工地的场地布局、作业参数、活动参数等具体特点用预先性危险分析、作业条件危险性分析法对施工工程进行事故隐患分析。对系统出现的危险类别、出现条件和可能造成的后果,进行宏观概略的分析。发现存在“火灾、爆炸”;“窒息、中毒”;“触电”;“机械伤害、物体打击”等伤害类别。通过比较各种类型事故发生的比例,并对重点五大类型事故产生的原因进行了详细的分析,随后对事故原因进行归纳总结,透过事故的表象分析我们安全管理工作还有待加强。在对安装施工各施工环节进行事故隐患分析的基础上,提出了安全生产对策措施。最后,本文还根据工程特点制定了应急救援预案,对施工的正常进行有重要意义。总的来说,本论文将围绕安装施工项目,分析其中的事故隐患产生机理,运用合理的分析方法,寻找真确的防治对策,减少事故发生。希望对安装施工安全管理有一定的借鉴意义。3806

Some installation engineering construction risk analysis and prevention and control countermeasures
Abstract: This article is for an railway gantry crane installation demolition of construction site layout, operation parameters, activities such as specific characteristics in advance sexual risk analysis, risk analysis of construction project operation condition analysis of accident hidden danger. Risk categories, appears to the system condition and may cause consequences, as outlined by the macroscopic analysis. By comparing the proportion of all kinds of accidents, and to focus on the five types of accident causes were analyzed, then the paper summarizes the cause of the accident, we through the formal appearance of accident analysis of safety management work remains to be strengthened. On installation construction each link based on the analysis of accidents, safety countermeasures are put forward. Finally, this article also formulated the contingency plan based on the characteristics of engineering, has important significance for construction of normal. In general, this paper will revolve around the installation project construction, analysis the mechanism of accident hidden danger, reasonable use of analysis method, to find the correct countermeasures to reduce the accident. Construction installation safety management has certain reference significance.
