摘要:我国建筑逐渐倾向于智能化,智能化建筑实现以计算机网络为桥梁,以综合布线为基础,综合配置建筑内的各功能子系统,全面实现对办公自动化系统、通信系统、楼内各种设备(如空调、给排水、变配电、供热、消防、照明、公共安全等)的综合管理,实现机电一体化。论文以上海中心大厦机电系统调试为研究对象,基于风险评价及建筑机电系统调试安全理论,运用JHA、事故树分析法对上海中心大厦机电系统调试安全风险进行分析识别,建立机电系统调试风险评价指标体系,应用基于G1法的未确知数学和集对分析方法对机电系统调试进行综合评价。
具体研究工作和成果如下:用JHA和事故树在对上海中心大厦机电系统调试安全事故进行分析,建立基于人、物、管理、调试环境、技术和工艺这751个方面因素的评价指标体系;通过对G1法、未确知数学和集对分析法的研究,建立基于G1—SPA—未确知数学的机电系统调试安全风险评价模型;对机电系统调试安全问题进行对策研究。38656

Analysis and Countermeasures of the SafetyProblems of Shanghai Center Tower Electromechanical System Debugging
Abstract: Chinese construction is gradually inclined to intelligence. Intelligent construction achieves computer network as a bridge, being based on cabling, synthetically deploying each functional subsystem within the building, totally achieving integrated management of full realization of office automation systems, communication systems, building a variety of devices (such as air conditioning , drainage, power distribution, heating, fire protection, lighting, public safety, etc.) and achieving mechanical and electrical integration. In this paper, I study the Shanghai Tower electromechanical systems. The use of JHA and fault tree analysis of electromechanical system debugging Shanghai Tower to analyze the security risk identification is based on a risk assessment and building electrical and mechanical system debugging security theory. Establishing electromechanical system commissioning risk assessment system, application-based method to ascertain not G1 set of mathematical and analytical methods for comprehensive evaluation of electromechanical system debugging.Specific research work and results are as follows: using JHA and FTA to analyze Shanghai Tower’s electromechanical systems debugging accidents; establishing evaluation index system which is based on people, goods, management, debugging environment, technical and technological aspects of these six factors; establishing security risk assessment model based on G1-SPA-unascertained mathematics of electromechanical system debug through studying G1 law, unascertained mathematics and set pair analysis; studying electromechanical system debugging security issues.
