    本设计课题为上海嘉定恒尚酒店公寓结构设计。采用框架结构,该建筑仅供居住使用,共两部部电梯,两部楼梯,建筑面积约为9000m2。整个教学楼纵向约67.2m,于中间设变形缝,楼梯于两端各设一个,本工程结构地上七层,地下一层,室内外高差为450mm,屋顶为结构找坡,坡度2%,建筑物高度(室外地面至女儿墙顶)为24.600m。整个公寓平面规整,符合使用及受力要求;立面简洁、明快,体现出现代化风格。41552
    本设计的结构形式采用多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架结构的特点是梁柱承重,墙体只起分隔、围护的作用,房间布置较灵活。本结构采用横向框架承重方案,施工方法采用整体现浇式。自然条件如下:基本风压:0.55kN/m2(重现期为50 年);基本雪压:0.20kN/m2(重现期为50 年);本地区地震基本烈度为七度;地震分组为第一组;场地类别为Ⅳ类;根据建筑高度及设防烈度,此建筑抗震等级为三级。地质条件及场地工程地质评价如下:土的容重以18kN/m3作为计算依据;土层竖向分布及主要物理力学指标见地质勘查报告
