    摘要在当前,随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展,推动作为国民经济的基础产业的建筑业的发展。尽快使得我国的工程建造管理水平与国际接轨有必要根据我国的具体国情,考虑几千年建造历史的传统经验和技术,发掘工程建造管理发展的内在核心价值,分析其发展过程中产生和遇到的问题及其深层次的原因,寻找解决问题的对策,走出一条具有中国特色的科学发展的工程建设的道路,推动我国工程建造管理水平的提高。

    本文分四个方面阐述了我国建筑管理发展的历史。第一部分是不同时期建造模式及其建造程序。内容包括我国传统的雇工模式,近代的招标承包制以及现代的工程总承包制。第二部分是我国建造业的发展历程。内容包括我国传统的工匠,近代的营造厂以及现代的工程总承包企业。第三部分是工程估价机构及其从业人员的发展。内容包括清朝的算房,近代的估价师以及现在的建筑定额和工程造价咨询单位。第四部分是我国不同时期的重要建造标准。内容包括我国古代的建筑模数和建筑图样的发展,近代租界的重要建筑标准以及现代建筑模数的发展。52345

    从我国建筑业的历史发展过程中可以看出我国建造管理的方法是一个从无到有,从粗略到细致,从单纯凭借经验到专业化,规范化,科学化的过程。

    Abstract In the present, with the further development of the socialist market economy, and promote the national economy as the basis for the development of construction industry. Including China's ancient architecture modulus and the development of architectural drawings, modern building standards as well as an important concession modulus development of modern architecture.

    From the historical development of China's construction industry can be seen in our construction management approach is a scratch, from rough to detail, from the simple virtue of experience to the professional, standardized and scientific process.
