摘要该工程位于上海。厂房的设计长度为50米;两个单跨结构,一个单跨12m,另一个20m。本设计主要依据《钢结构设计规范》GB50017-2003 和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》CECS 102:2002 等国家规范。
在设计的过程中,考虑到功能上的需要、经济性要求以及结合实际,对各部分的选型、选材、以及连接方式做了全局性的比较,最后拟定采用单层门式刚架的结构形式。在本设计中,梁柱均采用等截面布置,钢材的强度为Q235级;连接螺栓采用10.9级高强螺栓;焊条采用E43型焊条,柱脚采用铰接,梁采用刚接;屋面和墙面维护采用压型钢板。梁、柱节点为刚性连接的门式刚架具有结构简洁、刚度良好、受力合理、使用空间大、施工方便、便于工业化生产等特点。
本设计是在通过对轻型门式刚架结构工程进行建筑造型、结构设计与计算以及建筑施工等方面的研究,对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合的基础上确定梁柱截面;然后,对梁柱作了弯剪压计算,验算其平面内外的稳定性;在本设计中,吊车梁的设计是一重点,会影响后续工作的进行,尤其是对柱和基础方面。52595

Abstract
The project situated in shang hai. The length of the plant design is 50 meters. Two single span,one single span is 12 meters long and the other span is 20 meters long. The primary basis for the design “STRUCTURAL STEELWORK DESIGN NORMS”(GB50017-2003)and “GATE-STYLE RIGID FRAME HOUSING STRUCTURAL STEELWORK TECHNICAL POINT OF LIGHT” (CECS 102:2002)as well as other national norms.
In the design process, taking into account the functional needs、economic performance requirements and the actual situation. For each part of choice like types、materials、and the ways to connect I have done a comprehensive way to compare more. Finally, I decide to adopt the single-level gabled frame. In this design, laying out the columns and beams with the same cross-section. Steel intensity level for Q235; Connection bolts are high strength bolt of friction type with behavior grade 10.9; Using the welding rod of E43. Rigid connection applied to the columns and beams, but the column legs adopt hinged connection. The roof and walls maintain pressure steel sheet. The node of beam and column is a light steel construction frame system that rigid and copular a type steel a ware for having construction simple, just degree goodly, suffering dint reasonable, using space bigly and starting construction convenience etc. characteristics, and easy to industrialization, commercializing produce.
In this design, though the research of the steed structure of light-weight buildings with gables frames formative、structural design、and construction aspects of computing and research, then for load-bearing structure of the endogenous force on the basis of portfolio analysis and endogenous force determined beams cross section. Then, for beams and columns, I do the calculation of the sway under the state pressure, and check the inside and outside of its horizontal stability. In this design, crane beam is a design focus of the work will affect the behind proceed, especially the column and the foundation.
