    设计说明:本次设计是对于上海市外冈镇的小型污水处理站的工艺设计,根据说明书的要求和工程概况进行本次的具体设计。预留场地为20 m×20m的正方形,要满足60户农村家庭生活污水的就地处理和达标排放。当地农村生活污水的水量较小,进水水质波动较大。进水COD浓度≤300mg/L,BOD浓度5≤150mg/L,SS浓度≤150mg/L;进水氨氮浓度≤50mg/L,总磷浓度小于3mg/L。本次设计选用分散型污水站工艺作为设计依据,选用的流程为进水→化粪池→格栅→水解酸化池→生物滤池→潜流人工湿地→出水。主体构筑物主要有化粪池,格栅,水解酸化池,生物滤池,潜流人工湿地,水位控制装置,其具体尺寸为化粪池3m×2.07m×2.5m一座,格栅0.8m×0.5m一个,水解酸化池2m×2.43m×2m一座,生物滤池1.24m×3.2m两座,潜流人工湿地9m×14m×0.9m两座,水位控制装置0.7m×0.7m×1.4m两座。本次设计主要选择生物滤池法和人工湿地处理方法,在之前加入化粪池对粪便进行首步处理,并对于每个构筑物进行相应的设计计算。然后对平面布置和高程布置进行一定的说明。使得出水达标《城镇污水处理厂污染物综合排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中二级标准)。再对各个部分进行成本核算,依据《给水排水工程概预算与经济评价手册》,国家城市给排水工程技术研究中心以及现在市场价格进行估算,用尽量节省的资源设计最合理的处理方式,做到节能减排,保护环境的目的 最终在图纸上反映出总平面图,高程图以及各个构筑物的剖面图。57945
